To Bulldog Fans,
On behalf of our coaching staff, players and support staff, it is a pleasure to welcome you to Edmond Memorial Bulldog Football. Please join us for another exciting season that will keep you on the edge of your seat and looking forward to the next game.
Our program has taken great strides in the past two years to build upon previous success and then taking it to an even higher level. In 2009 the Bulldogs advanced to the second round of the playoffs and also won the Edmond City Championship for the first time in 16 years. Last year our Bulldogs again won the City Championship and made the playoffs. During this time we have been fortunate enough to have 11 young men receive scholarships to play college football.
The support and encouragement from everyone associated with our program as well as our community is obvious when you look at our facilities and equipment. These amenities will no doubt assist all our athletes to achieve their greatest potential. We are truly grateful to the patrons and supporters of our program.
The expectations for our program are high. Edmond Memorial is about excellence in everything we do. In the classroom, the football field, and in our community excellence is expected. Our players are challenged every day by our coaches, teachers and administration to meet these expectations. We also offer our support to our players on a daily bases to become young men we will be proud of. Our players understand this and work extremely hard to achieve it.
Again, welcome to Bulldog football, and thank you for your support.
Justin Merideth, Head Coach

In memory of Shelby Hudson, a
2003 Edmond Memorial High School graduate, a scholarship has been established and will be awarded to two senior Memorial football players at the Bulldog Football Banquet each year.
The scholarship is unique because there is no application to complete, but rather the recipient is chosen based on the qualities and characteristics that Shelby exhibited and stood for as a Bulldog player. These include personal motivation and character, heart and desire to excel, drive and determination to accomplish goals, and perseverance in the face of all obstacles.
The recipient must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and does not have to play football in college.
As of 2008, the tuition based scholarship is awarded to two individuals in the amount of $3,000 each.
